Early backers of Google Glass have been receiving the units and we guess they are down to work, the first thing any hacker tries on anything running Android is to get root, and it’s not different with Google Glass.
A developer tweeted the below last night.
looks like root is easy too: reboot-bootloader gives you fastboot oem unlock. There is fun to be had here…

We wouldn’t be surprised if a custom firmware or ROM comes out for the Google Glass soon.
