We all know that Samsung announced Galaxy Tab 3 7- inch tablet in month of April, Samsung now added 8-inch and 10.1 inch tabs to it’s Galaxy Tab 3 product line.
WiFi,3G and LTE variants of 8-inch tab are announced where as WiFi-only variant.10-inch tab is announced.

8 inch Galaxy Tab 3 specs
1.5 GHz Dual Core processor, 8-inch WXGA TFT(1280 x 800, 189PPI), 1.5 GB RAM, 16/32 Internal memory, micro SD slot,5 MP rear & 1.3 MP front camera, Li-ion 4,450 mAh battery
10.1 inch Galaxy Tab 3 specs
1.6 GHz Dual Core processor, 10.1-inch WXGA TFT (1280 x 800, 149PPI), 1 GB RAM, 16/32 Internal memory, micro SD slot,3 MP rear & 1.3 MP front camera, Li-ion 6,800 mAh battery
Looking at specs you can find that 10.1 inch tab has only 1GB of RAM where as 8 inch version is having 1.5 GB. 10.1 inch tab 3 also has same display resolution ( 1280×800 ) as 8- inch Tab 3, It means it has got the same pixel count as the Tab 3 8.0, only spread over a much larger area.
They both comes with Android Jelly Bean 4.2.2 with Samsung’s TouchWiz skin on top. Both tabs are slated to be available worldwide by early June . For me they just looks like iterative updates to Galaxy Tab series Samsung is offering with no new stand out feature.
