This isn’t quite as good as the last time we saw a deal on the 2012 Nexus 7, but this isn’t that far behind. $129 for 16GB and $149 for 32GB is still a great deal for a very capable tablet that will have OEM and developer support for a very long time. This deal is for “factory reconditioned” devices, but you can add SquareTrade extended warranty to the purchase if that makes you feel more comfortable.
