Android 4.3 flashable rom is now available for the Moto X. The rom has been built from an engineering build system dump of T-Mobile Moto X and has some extra logging tools but it is Android 4.3 none the less. Please note it also contains the 4.3 kernel and the radio is from T-Mobile so flashing it may cause issues on other carrier branded Moto X.
You need an unlocked bootloader and CWM or TWRP installed to flash this Android 4.3 on your Moto X.
