The Nexus 7 2013 is just a few days old and surprisingly we now have an unofficial CyanogenMod 10.2 (based on Android 4.3) build available. Of course you need to have a custom recovery installed. Click here for TWRP. The install drill is the same, reboot into recovery, do a wipe data/cache and then install the CyanogenMod 10.2 zip followed by gapps.
