The leaked Android 4.3 ROM for the Galaxy S4 has been rooted, all credits go to ChainFireXDA. You need to have a custom recovery installed (tested on TWRP), download the zip file and flash in recovery.
Please note this version of SuperSU is only for the leaked Android 4.3 ROM for Galaxy S4 i.e. JWR66N.S005.130625, do not try this on any other device.
