Sony Mobile is announcing a new phablet Sony Xperia ZU or Z Ultra at Sony launch event in France on 4th July. This seems to be same device that was leaked several times with code name ‘Togari’.
Xperia ZU is also set to be launched in some other markets like Germary and Japan on June 25th. According to Rumors though ZU won’t come with a stylus, it will be receptive to third-party styluses.

2.2GHz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 800with 2GB RAM
16GB storage and microSD card slot ( upto 64GB cards supported )
3,000mAh non-removable battery
8MP Exmor RS sensor rear & a 2.2 1.3 MP Exmor R front cameras
Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean
We need to wait for few more weeks to get more details. If the rumored specs are true, it will be a monster device from Sony Mobile.
