The picture you see above is from the new Gmail video, Google announced new Gmail with tabbed functionality yesterday. Well the video had a Nexus 4 with the time as 4:30 which confirms that Android 4.3 is coming within the next few weeks.
The co-relation between Android version and the device have been seen in the past as well; the Nexus S which launched with Gingerbread had time as 2:30 ; the Galaxy Nexus which launched with Ice Cream had time as 4:00 and Nexus 7 had time as 4:10 when it was launched. Makes a lot of sense to me that the time is the Android version running on the device.
Add to that on the Play Store Google likes to keep the time updated with the latest Android version.
This makes us pretty sure that Android 4.3 is already running at Mountain View and will be released soon. What’s your take?
