ClockworkMod recovery is now available for the T-Mobile Samsung Galaxy S4, the T-Mobile Samsung Galaxy S4 has a bootloader which can be unlocked and the device can also be rooted. 
For installing the recovery you would need to have Odin installed on your windows machine, the installation instructions are pretty simple if you follow what’s written. Please note this is for the T-Mobile Samsung Galaxy S4 only, please do not try to flash it on any other phone.
Once recovery is installed you can flash Chainfire’s Super SU and flash it from recovery to be rooted.
