If shipping is to California then an extra 9% tax will be added (which is a bummer, but laws are laws). This is the octa core version of the Samsung Galaxy S4 and is factory unlocked out of the box. It doesn’t have the 1700 Mhz 3g bands so it won’t work on T-Mobile USA 3g unless you are in a re-framed area and T-Mobile in your area is on 1900 Mhz 3g bands. To find out if your area has been re-framed or not you can use airportal.
